Job Description

  • Head the Value Addition department, including Fabrication, Anodising and Powder Coating functions.
  • Manage production planning, scheduling and operational control across multiple manufacturing units.
  • Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure production timelines align with customer dispatch requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to improve satisfaction and service levels.
  • Optimise equipment utilisation and recommend investments to improve production capability.
  • Develop workforce capability through training and skill enhancement programmes.
  • Lead departmental managers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • 15-20 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience. Exposure to aluminium extrusion manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in fabrication, coating, anodising or related value-added manufacturing processes.
