Job Description

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage legal agreements, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance for real estate projects and business operations.
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and implement necessary policy updates.
  • Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters in coordination with external legal counsel.
  • Provide legal advice and risk mitigation recommendations to management and project teams.
  • Support business transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory affairs.
  • Maintain accurate legal records, filings, and documentation.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-15 years of relevant legal experience in the Real Estate Developer setup.
  • Strong expertise in legal research, contract management, litigation, and regulatory compliance
