Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and support on matters related to the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to the special machines domain.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
  • Handle disputes, litigation, and arbitration effectively.
  • Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel as required.
  • Conduct legal risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Advise on intellectual property matters within the special machines industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must have:

  • A degree in Law with at-least 12 years of experience
  • Proven expertise in handling legal matters within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Proficiency in managing disputes, litigation, and arbitration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
