Job Description

  • Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting and organizational structuring across corporate and business operations.
  • Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) and align people objectives with business goals.
  • Partner with business leaders on talent management, succession planning, leadership development and capability building.
  • Manage compensation, rewards, recognition, retention programs and long-term incentive initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, culture-building and HR business partnering.
  • Support change management, new business integrations, organizational transformation and HR process optimization.
  • Ensure HR governance, policy implementation, compliance, and effective utilization of HRMS platforms.

The Successful Applicant

  • The successful applicant should come with 8-12 years of HR experience across any industry, with strong corporate HR exposure to Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Organization Development, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, Change Management and HRMS-driven process transformation.
  • The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, experience partnering with senior business leaders, and the ability to drive strategic people initiatives in a dynamic and growing organization.
