The purpose of this role is to assess market needs to manage the program and offer solutions to our clients acrossassets. The role holder is expected to manage projects while adhering to highest governance requirements whilemanaging the projects with excellence.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Head of Projects and consultants to optimize project methodologies from design to construction.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cashflows, and cost controls through value engineering.
  • Travel regularly to project sites to ensure smooth execution and resolve issues promptly.
  • Generate MIS reports for senior management and prepare presentations for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with statutory requirements and support internal/external audits.
  • Improve customer experience through regular site interactions and execution-stage enhancements.
  • Establish and document process flows while meeting project timelines and compliance standards.
  • Provide technical solutions aligned with industry best practices, sustainability, ESG, and EQHS requirements.
  • Coordinate across teams for seamless delivery from inception to handover, including Leasing and Operations.
  • Manage team performance, nurture capabilities, and drive a customer‑centric project approach.

The Successful Applicant

Education Qualification B. Tech (Any Engineering) + master's degree in project management.

Work Experience 15 -18 years' of experience
