Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end machine learning and data science initiatives.
  • Build predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive analytics models.
  • Develop scalable data products and analytical frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, and analytics teams.
  • Drive experimentation, insights generation, and model deployment.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 6+ years of Data Science experience using Python/R.
  • 3+ years of experience within FMCG/CPG organizations.
  • Strong expertise in ML, NLP, statistical modeling, and SQL.
  • Experience with Spark, cloud platforms, and large datasets.
  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into analytics.
