The role is will responsible and heading the ORgranization Design, Talent Management, and People Strategy for the organization.
The candidate will be responsible for leading the Learning and Development team to ensure it is high-performing and value adding through effective recruitment, induction, training, development, performance management and leadership of all members of the team.
The L&D leader ole involves designing and implementing innovative learning journeys aligned with business needs, demonstrating financial acumen, and navigating a dynamic, matrixed organisational structure. This position requires the ability to diagnose and commission effective learning interventions, contributing strategically to the organisation's global and local objectives.
