This job would entail handling channel sales and distribution across 2-3 states in Southern India focussing on 2 business lines for the brand. This person would also be handling and leading a team of sales managers across these designated regions.
Own the complete P&L of southern India and manage sales end to end while working with a global giant in medical devices space.
- Create and implement strategic plans to enter specific industries, presenting our IT services and solutions to potential clients- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, with a keen focus on achieving revenue targets across the US geography
- Set up the Inside Sales operations from scratch for the India market to generate and qualify sales ready leads- Coach, train, evaluate, and monitor the sales performance of the Inside engine
- Head the delivery function for a leading EMS - Electronics Manufacturing Services company and also own the P&L for the function- Handle and manage multiple Projects/Programs across multiple verticals and domains to ensure top notch quality and delivery within the timelines proposed
- Manage, develop and scale the Presales function of the Data Science (AI/ML) practice - Work across cross functional teams to ensure successful positioning of the AI/Ml vertical across the industry by helping build GTM strategies and success stories
