This job would entail scaling up the retail planning/end-consumer experience for a leading company operating in Motor Vehicle Manufacturing. This person would lead their business strategy aligned with the retail domain, positioning the brand and it's products in the market.
Identify and approve visual merchandising requirements for new and existing products based on feedbacks received from customers, competition study etc. which can be either merchandising driven or campaign driven or VM led
Leading marketing strategies, campaigns, communications for the organisation across multiple product categories and channels
The purpose of this position is to head up the entire brand operations from sales, marketing, brand management, new product development and managing all the customer touchpoints with a focus on the entire 4P gamut of marketing. The incumbent will be solely responsible for the entire strategy of the brand in the offline and online space and have the top & bottomline accountability lying with them.
As a Brand Manager, the incumbent would have complete business responsibility for the brand across HoReCa, QSR channels. The incumbent would also lead marketing, understand consumer need gaps and lead new product development for the brand
