The role of Head - Workforce Operations & Strategy involves leading large-scale workforce operations, ensuring strategic deployment, productivity optimisation, compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships across a diverse and geographically distributed setup.
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee all aspects of supply chain operations for the client, ensuring efficient processes and optimal resource management. This role is based in Mumbai and requires expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain functions, such as logistics, planning, network, and distribution.
The Transportation Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the movement and distribution of goods across the supply chain. Based at the Mumbai Head Office, the role focuses on transportation management, order fulfilment, and operational efficiency.
This role leads the entire logistics network, covering inbound RM, plant dispatches, freight optimisation, and on-time delivery across South India. The focus is on cutting cost per ton, strengthening vendor performance, and building a reliable, scalable distribution model for kraft paper and corrugated products.
You will lead and continuously enhance the Talent Acquisition team and its processes, translating global & local strategies & priorities into clear direction for the team. This includes ensuring strong capacity planning, effective shift scheduling, and fair workload allocation, as well as enabling seamless transitions and maintaining strong relationships with both internal & external stakeholders.
