You will be responsible for generating insights and presenting to business heads
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, updating, and supporting BI dashboards, particularly focused on HR metrics and analytics. This individual will also provide support for Workday reporting, data collection, validation, and analysis. Additionally, the Senior HR Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders, understand their requirements, and proactively suggest ideas to address their needs.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in HR Analytics, proficient in utilizing platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and SuccessFactors. Candidates with a proven track record in managing substantial HR datasets and diverse HRMS platforms like SF, Zoho, and Workday, with additional advantageous experience in SAP Analytics and Macros will be preffered.
Candidate will be responsible for responding to and fulfilling a range of HR reporting requests ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful reporting.
