Qualifications
*
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or a comparable field.

More than 4 years of experience working in the field of DevOps engineering.
*
Interest in developing and automating CI/CD and data pipelines for Big Data and analytical / AI solutions.
o
Three to five years of experience with DevOps tools and methods (e.g. GitLab, Container services as AWS ECR, CICD)
o
Cloud development skills in AWS services as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, ECR and Stepfunctions including experience with infrastructure as code with Terraform (at least two years of experience)
*
Experience in working with other cloud services (Azure/Google) advantageous.
o
Programming skills in Python and knowledge about pipeline configuration in scripting languages like bash required (at least one year).
*
Experience with data engineering tools and patterns incl. solid knowledge of SQL.
o
Knowledge about deployment of frontend applications and development skills with JavaScript libraries or frameworks like React beneficial.
*
Analytical skills, team spirit, holistic thinking, and independent work (especially self-learning) required.

Job Description:

Evaluate and implement modern techniques and services to support the Big Data, AI, and business automation journey of the Festo companies worldwide.

Design, implementation and operation of CICD pipelines based on the requirements of an international team of cross functional developers.
*
Consultant the team and enable the deployment of backend and frontend applications and support their application lifecycle management.
*
Development and operation of data pipelines and platform services including the integration and automation under the strict consideration of data security and governance aspects.

Job purpose: The Service Manager will be part of the global delivery team to oversee in-charge region's technical aspects of e-Store business platform and to lead regional L2, L3, technical members as eStore operations lead.

The role covers eStore operations team's responsibilities and performance outcome.Location- Gurgaon

Shift- Rotational shift, Hybrid

Key accountability:

• Main point of contact for support service
• Act as senior consultant for Regional ITC by providing technical advice and consultation on eStore platform
• Clarify each region's requirement for eStore maintenance or enhancement
• Co-ordinated with maintenance team regarding requirements from Subs(e.g. predefined solutions, guidelines, bug-fix and any source code modification within 5 MD)
• Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between Subs/Regional ITC and maintenance team to evaluate, prioritize and manage all the requests escalated
• Perform resource allocation and workload assignment according to delivery requirement
• Develop work plan for deliverables
• Ensure that deliverables are achieved beyond client expectation
• Report delivery status to client and develop delivery documentations
• Provide support to respective countries during different time zones
• Develop own professional learning of SAP Hybris products/technologies and solutions, Should be self-motivated to keep himself/herself updated on latest SAP Hybris product/ technologies and Solutions
• Improve consulting skills, application and implementation expertise in the product and industry
• Supervise team members to determine how well they function in their jobs on a day-to-day basis
• Provide coaching & development

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree required in computer science, software engineering
• Must have knowledge of Hybris as well as ticketing tools like JIRA
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills required
• Should have 7+ years of experience in e-Commerce technologies like SAP Hybris.

Experience:

• Experience in working with users to define their business requirements
• 10+years of experience in managing Operations, out of which 7+ years of experience preferably around e-Commerce technologies such as SAP Hybris
• Should have B2B/ B2C domain experience
• Knowledge of defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Strong organizational skills, Proven record of making operations efficient and in-depth knowledge of Industry best practices
