Job Description

As a Team Executive you would be required to

* Do Market feasibility for launch of certain verticals - Map Organization charts through innovative business development activity

* Lead Generation: Identify new channels to increase client base

* Market research: Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, competition, and talent availability to enrich our client engagement efforts.

* Candidate sourcing: Utilise various sources of hiring diversified talents across industries for the open roles

* Candidate Management: Responsible for managing the candidates' applications & maintaining candidate pipeline

* Recruitment process: assisting a team of consultants for end-to-end functions of the recruitment cycle

* Database management: Ensuring our Internal Databases are always updated.
