Job Description

  • Work with zonal business teams on people plans and workforce needs.
  • Guide managers on employee matters and day-to-day HR queries.
  • Help deliver HR policies and people processes across both zones.
  • Track workforce updates and share clear inputs with relevant teams.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve employee concerns.
  • Support hiring plans and workforce movement across the regions.
  • Use HR data to identify people trends and support business decisions.
  • Keep HR activity consistent across West and East locations.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working as an HR business partner.
  • Understanding of core HR processes and employee matters.
  • Confidence working with managers and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to use people data to spot trends and guide decisions.
  • Experience handling workforce planning and hiring needs.
  • Clear communication skills for working across teams.
