Job Description

  • Manage and oversee integration processes to ensure smooth technology operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integration strategies.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to processes.
  • Develop documentation and guidelines to support integration activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies during integration.
  • Provide training and support to team members on integration tools and processes.
  • Analyse and optimise existing integration workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology systems within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of experience as Workday integration developer with experience in Workday PECI, Core Connector, Studio, Web Services, XML/XSLT transformation. * Experience with Workday reporting, Workday security configuration. * Understanding of Workday HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent development, compensation modules. * Experience with implementing payroll integrations using PECI template. * Strong Analytical and problem-solving Skills with ability to debug complex integration issues. * Excellent communication skills with ability to Work effectively with business and IT technical teams. * Experience working with Data privacy regulations, IT Sox compliance and audit processes. * Experience in leading junior integration developers and third-party implementation teams. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies * Deep experience working within and contributing to Integration systems that consistently scale across platforms.
