Job Description

Develop and lead the organization's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy aligned with business goals.

Design and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Ensure DEI principles are embedded across talent acquisition, development, performance, and succession planning.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on DEI matters and cultural transformation.

*

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster inclusive practices.

*

Establish metrics and dashboards to measure progress on diversity goals.

*

Provide regular reports and insights to leadership and board-level committees.

*

Lead organization-wide DEI training, workshops, and awareness campaigns.

*

Promote inclusive leadership and unconscious bias mitigation across all levels.

*

Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and partnerships focused on DEI.

  • Benchmark best practices and bring innovation into the organization's DEI approach.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP/SVP - Head Diversity and Inclusion should have:

Master's degree in human resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.

*

12+ years of progressive experience in HR, DEI, or related leadership roles.

A commitment to promoting equal opportunities and fostering a positive organisational culture.*

Proven track record of designing and executing enterprise-wide DEI strategies.

*

Deep understanding of global and regional diversity issues, laws, and cultural dynamics.

*

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven DEI reporting and insights.

*

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

*

Ability to influence and lead change across complex, matrixed organizations.

*

  • Experience working with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
