Job Description

  • Lead preparation and execution of integrated master plans covering land use, mobility, and infrastructure alignment
  • Drive urban planning initiatives supporting the long-term development vision of GIFT City
  • Support smart city and digital infrastructure programs, including data-driven planning and governance solutions
  • Embed sustainability, climate resilience, ESG practices, and green building standards into urban development projects
  • Coordinate planning and implementation of multi-modal transportation, utilities, and infrastructure systems
  • Manage relationships with government authorities, regulators, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide strategic planning inputs, technical reviews, and project oversight to support business and development objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's or PhD in Urban Planning, City & Regional Planning, Infrastructure Planning, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 19 years of relevant experience in urban planning and development
  • Experience delivering large-scale urban infrastructure, township, smart city, or mixed-use developments
  • Strong exposure to integrated master planning, infrastructure coordination, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience working with government agencies, consultants, and complex stakeholder environments
  • International exposure across regions such as Asia, Middle East, or Europe will be advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with expertise in sustainability, infrastructure planning, and smart city development
