Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale high-rise, commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional projects.
  • Establish and implement construction strategies, execution benchmarks, and technical controls.
  • Oversee RCC structures, foundations, basements, superstructures, façades, finishing works, and MEP integration.
  • Review project schedules, recovery plans, technical submissions, and execution methodologies.
  • Drive quality assurance, technical audits, and compliance with construction standards.
  • Manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site leadership teams.
  • Lead technology adoption including BIM, digital monitoring tools, precast systems, and productivity initiatives.
  • Support project delivery across multiple locations while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 25-30 years of experience in large-scale building construction and project execution.
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven track record delivering at least one complete project lifecycle from start to handover.
  • Strong expertise in high-rise building and EPC project execution.
  • Deep knowledge of RCC construction, foundation systems, formwork technologies, and finishing works.
  • Experience managing MEP coordination, QA/QC systems, contractors, and project controls.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work across multiple project locations and manage complex project environments.
