Job Description

* Communicate with investors regularly and respond to queries promptly. Support the investment teams in execution from a compliance and structuring perspective, including review of transaction documentation.
* Partner with other internal teams for investor reporting and servicing.
* Manage investor communication and use of the firm's investor portal.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-15 years of experience across compliance, finance, or fund accounting within private equity or alternative investments
  • Strong expertise in SEBI AIF / PMS regulations and India‑specific fund compliance
  • Professional qualification (CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred
  • Deep knowledge of private equity fund accounting, taxation, and reporting
  • Experience managing regulatory engagement and inspections
