Job Description

  • Own and execute the engineering roadmap across platform, product, and AI/ML initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering organization while establishing engineering best practices and standards.
  • Drive the design and dep
  • Make strategic decisions on cloud platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, and technology stack.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and business outcomes.
  • Represent engineering within the leadership team and contribute to broader company strategy.
  • Build a strong culture of execution, reliability, observability, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage engineering budgets, vendor relationships, and technical debt priorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3-5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles such as Head of Engineering, Director Engineering, or VP Engineering.
  • Proven experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products with expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and model fine-tuning workflows.
  • Track record of leading engineering teams within high-growth startups or rapidly scaling technology businesses. dge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and user experience.
