Job Description

  • Lead advisory projects in real estate or infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Support team development and knowledge sharing.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 years of experience in Infrastructure Investment Banking, covering sectors such as transportation, energy, utilities, renewables, digital infrastructure and related assets.
  • Strong experience in M&A, capital raising, project finance, structured transactions and financial advisory within the infrastructure sector.
  • Proven ability to build and review complex financial models, including project finance models, DCFs, valuation and transaction analysis.
  • Experience executing transactions across the full deal lifecycle-origination, pitching, due diligence, valuation, negotiations and transaction execution.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure assets, regulatory frameworks, concession structures, project economics and sector dynamics.
  • Ability to manage senior client relationships and multiple stakeholders, including sponsors, corporates, investors, lenders and government/regulatory bodies.
