The mandate is to own the business applications landscape globally across Finance, Supply Chain and Sales, while driving large-scale business process transformation and digital initiatives. The person should be a strong techno-functional leader with deep SAP Finance expertise, Supply Chain understanding, ERP transformation experience, and the ability to work with global business stakeholders.

Job Description

  1. Ensure current business processes across Finance, Supply Chain and Sales are mapped and standardized.
  2. Improve process hygiene and governance.
  3. Lead end-to-end business process transformation.
  4. Drive digital transformation across: O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), S2P (Source to Pay)
  5. Improve effectiveness of SAP, Salesforce and Blue Yonder ecosystems.
  6. Build future-stateERProadmap including SAP S/4HANA transformation.
    1. Priority 1 - Business Transformation
    2. Priority 2 - ERP & Application Strategy
    3. Priority 3 - Supply Chain & Sales Transformation
    4. Priority 4 - Business Partnership
    5. Priority 5 - Team & Stakeholder Leadership



Technology stack

  1. ERP- SAP ECC - SAP S/4 HANA
  2. Finance - SAP FICO Finance Applications
  3. Sales - Salesforce (SFDC)
  4. Supply Chain- Blue Yonder (Important) - Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, WMS
  5. Integration- SAP Integration Platform- Enterprise Integration Architecture
