Our client is a leading global boutique investment banking and strategic advisory platform with a strong track record of advising on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and other complex transactions. The firm works closely with corporates, promoters, investors, and financial sponsors, combining deep sector expertise with execution-focused advisory capabilities across domestic and cross-border opportunities.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end execution of M&A and capital raising transactions.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Oversee financial analysis, valuation, and transaction structuring.
  • Drive preparation of pitches, marketing materials, and investor outreach.
  • Coordinate due diligence and negotiation processes across stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and support business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in investment banking, with strong financial modeling and valuation skills, sector knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • They should possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
