Job Description

  • Lead business development strategy focused on growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term client partnerships
  • Oversee key account management and ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of samples and production
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify new products, processes, and opportunities to enhance the company's value proposition
  • Drive pricing strategy ensuring profitability, accuracy, and competitiveness across markets
  • Oversee data analysis, forecasting, order processing, invoicing, and account management to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure process optimisation by monitoring PD and production timelines, implementing corrective and preventive actions where required
  • Train and develop teams on both technical and managerial competencies to support long-term growth
  • Maintain and enhance BD operational systems to support continuous improvement, trend analysis, and structured decision-making

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate in Design (Jewellery/Product); understanding of business operations is an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in design, product development, and team management within luxury categories; open to all luxury product industries including jewellery, watches, fashion, lifestyle, and hospitality luxury
  • Strong customer orientation with proven ability to exceed client expectations in global markets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and networking skills; detail‑oriented with a growth-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP preferred
  • Understanding of design and aesthetics is essential; foreign language skills are an added advantage
