Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and optimise thermal processes to enhance operational efficiency in industrial manufacturing.
  • Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with engineering and manufacturing objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to the engineering team on thermal process operations.
  • Prepare detailed process documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve process performance and sustainability.
  • Lead troubleshooting initiatives to address process-related challenges effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Thermal Process Manager should have:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent with specialty in thermics or knowledges of thermal processes.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience.
  • You have an experience in computer programming (MS Visual C++, C#, etc.)
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • You can work independently and be a good problem solver.
