Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Testing Centre of Excellence across enterprise digital initiatives.
  • Define and implement organisation-wide testing strategies, frameworks, and governance standards.
  • Drive automation-first testing practices to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality outcomes.
  • Establish testing metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure delivery effectiveness.
  • Oversee testing tools, platforms, and infrastructure for enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Manage internal teams and external vendor resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technology, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to support digital transformation programmes.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, capability building, and adoption of emerging testing technologies and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • 13-15 years of IT experience with substantial exposure to testing leadership and Quality Engineering functions.
  • Proven experience leading Testing CoEs, quality transformation programmes, and enterprise testing organisations.
  • Strong expertise in Automation Testing, Testing Methodologies, Quality Engineering, Testing Tools, and Test Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions within complex enterprise environments.
  • Good understanding of BFSI or Financial Services technology ecosystems and integration architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, including outsourced vendors and consulting partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; relevant testing and quality certifications would be advantageous.
