Job Description

  • Define and execute the technology strategy for the India technology organization in alignment with global leadership priorities.
  • Lead large-scale technology delivery across software engineering, enterprise platforms, data and analytics, CRM, financial systems, contact center technologies, and emerging technology initiatives.
  • Manage, develop, and grow a team of 50+ technology professionals, including workforce planning, succession management, and capability building.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operational excellence standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of technology experience, including at least 5 years in a senior technology leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in software engineering, AI, technology platforms, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success leading large cross-functional teams within a global capability center, shared services, or offshore delivery environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
  • Experience working with North American or multinational technology organizations is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, cloud technologies, and modern software delivery practices.
