Our client is a leading automotive and mobility organisation driving innovation in Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), connected technologies, electrification, and advanced engineering solutions. The organisation is focused on building strategic partnerships and sourcing capabilities to support next-generation vehicle development.

Job Description

  • Develop sourcing strategies for automotive software and engineering services.
  • Partner with product development teams during concept and development phases.
  • Evaluate technology suppliers, software vendors, and engineering service providers.
  • Support supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
  • Benchmark software development costs and engineering service rates.
  • Build sourcing frameworks, quotation templates, and cost models.
  • Drive cost optimisation while maintaining quality and innovation.
  • Establish and nurture long-term supplier relationships.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 15 years of experience in automotive software, SDV, engineering services, technical programme management, software delivery, or related technology functions.
  • Technical Background in Software Defined Vehicles, Automotive Software Development, AUTOSAR & Embedded Systems, Vehicle E&E Architecture, ADAS, Digital Cockpit & Connected Vehicle Technologies, Electric Powertrain / EV Technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong commercial acumen and interest in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
  • Exposure to global customers, suppliers, or technology partnerships preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within India and internationally.
