Job Description

  • Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
  • Own customer experience across web, mobile, and platform ecosystems.
  • Lead product teams responsible for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and monetization.
  • Drive data-led product decisions through experimentation, analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence.
  • Develop scalable product frameworks for personalization, recommendations, search, pricing, and customer engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading large product organizations.
  • Proven experience within consumer internet, travel-tech, mobility, logistics-tech, e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or related digital platform businesses.
  • Demonstrated success scaling products used by millions of customers.
  • Strong expertise in growth, product-led development, customer journeys, personalization, and digital monetization.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, platform ecosystems, mobile products, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning business metrics such as revenue growth, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
