The organisation operates in the financial services industry and is based in Mumbai.

Job Description

  • Develop Extensive experience building, scaling, and leading large Cyber Defense & SOC teams with 24x7 monitoring, threat detection, and incident response capabilities.
  • Hands-on leadership of SOC operations, cyber investigations, threat hunting, breach response, and recovery programs.
  • Strong expertise in cyber resilience, crisis management, ransomware preparedness, and resilience testing/drills.
  • Trusted relationship builder with excellent executive, regulator, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Deep understanding and work exposure of top regulatory bodies in the country or globally
  • Strong exposure to AI security, emerging technologies, cyber automation, and evolving threat landscapes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Built or led SOC practice domestically or globally
  • Handled various and extensive cyber attacks
  • Handled a large team
  • Must have exposure to emerging tech and AI cyber security
