They focus heavily on operational excellence, cross‑functional collaboration, and digital transformation to enhance supply chain performance.Job DescriptionLead overall OTIF performance and ensure smooth demand & supply alignment.Drive the S&OP process, collaborating with sales, production, procurement, and operations teams.Consolidate sales orders and forecasts to build accurate production plans and communicate them across stakeholders.Work closely with manufacturing and schedulers to ensure adherence to production plans.Develop procurement plans for RM/PM and coordinate with procurement teams based on inventory availability.Analyse supply chain performance, publish MIS, and present improvement recommendations.Drive capacity‑utilisation improvements and manage conflicts across the supply chain.Lead automation/digitalisation initiatives to optimise cost and enhance planning processes.The Successful ApplicantExperience: Typically 7-12 years in supply chain planning, S&OP, demand/supply management, or production planning (inferred from complexity and leadership expectations).Technical Skills: Strong in forecasting, inventory planning, production scheduling, supply chain analytics, and MIS reporting.
