Manage civil and structural engineering projects in the EHV Transmission Line and Distribution sector, ensuring work is completed on time and meets required standards. This role is based in Mumbai/Delhi/Pune and focuses on engineering and manufacturing within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Design & optimize transmission tower foundations and structures (400kV-765kV)
  • Lead civil engineering, site support, quality & stakeholder coordination

Job Description

  • Oversee civil and structural engineering projects for Transmission Line from start to finish.
  • Ensure designs meet safety and industry standards.
  • Work with contractors and consultants to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align engineering goals with company objectives.
  • Review and approve technical drawings and plans.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in civil or structural engineering.
  • MUST know PLS Tower, PLS CAD software used for design and structural analysis purpose
  • Experience in managing engineering projects in the energy or electricity sector.
  • Foundation design tools Codes & Standards
  • IS Codes * CBIP Guidelines * IEC Standards * ASCE Manuals *
  • Utility-specific technical specifications * 8 to 10 years
  • Knowledge of industry safety and regulatory standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Confidence in working with contractors and consultants.
  • Ability to review and interpret technical designs and plans.
