Brand Strategy & Business Ownership* Develop and execute the annual brand strategy aligned with overall businessobjectives.* Build and manage the brand roadmap including growth drivers, renovation, andexpansion initiatives.* Own brand P&L and marketing budgets to ensure sustainable and profitablegrowth.* Track and analyze performance metrics to drive timely business decisions.2. Brand Architecture & Communication* Define and strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and portfolio roles.* Ensure clarity in brand hierarchy and consistency across all platforms.* Lead development of communication strategy including ATL, BTL, and digitalcampaigns.* Work closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver impactful andmeasurable campaigns.* Ensure cohesive brand expression across packaging, POSM, digital assets, andcontent.3. Innovation & Growth Pipeline* Drive new product development and renovation projects from concept to launch.* Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, trend analysis, andcompetitive tracking.* Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain,Finance, E-commerce, and Global HQ) for seamless execution.* Monitor post-launch performance and implement corrective actions whereneeded.4. Trade & Channel Development* Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure successful newlaunches and sustained growth of core SKUs.* Develop channel-specific strategies across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Ecommerce.* Work with E-commerce platforms and marketplace partners to optimize visibility,promotions, and content execution.* Support key account planning and promotional strategy alignment.5. Agency & Partner Management* Manage relationships with creative, media, research, packaging, and digitalagencies.* Oversee vendor coordination for campaign execution and brand assets.* Ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and high-quality output from partners.* Evaluate agency performance and ROI effectiveness.6.
