Job Description

  • Build and develop sourcing capabilities for software and engineering services.
  • Define sourcing strategies for software systems in Software Defined Vehicles.
  • Collaborate with product development teams from the early concept stage.
  • Provide inputs on E&E architecture and software sourcing strategy.
  • Create cost benchmarks and define target pricing for software and engineering efforts.
  • Develop quotation templates and cost matrices based on systems, platforms, and geographies.
  • Negotiate and implement service level agreements with suppliers.
  • Drive cost savings initiatives and maintain strong supplier relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sourcing Lead - Vehicle Software and Engineering Services should have:

  • 10-15 years in automotive software sourcing, project management, or related roles.
  • B.E. in IT, Computer Science, or E&E, plus an MBA (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive E&E architecture, AUTOSAR, embedded software.
  • Exposure to digital cockpit, ADAS, and electric powertrain systems.
  • Global client experience preferred; willingness to travel (India & international).
