We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Solution Architect who combines product thinking, design thinking, enterprise architecture, and full-stack development expertise to create transformative digital products. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior business stakeholders, leverage AI and modern engineering practices, and own the complete product lifecycle from discovery through production.

Job Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges and design user-centric digital products.
  • Apply design thinking to simplify processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and architecture through development, deployment, and optimisation.
  • Build AI-enabled enterprise applications using React, backend technologies, APIs, low-code platforms, and automation tools.
  • Integrate enterprise systems, cloud services, and third-party applications into seamless solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, presenting product vision, prototypes, and roadmaps.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience building enterprise-grade applications and digital products end-to-end.
  • Strong product mindset with expertise in design thinking and user-centred solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with React, backend development, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience building AI-powered solutions using LLMs, AI agents, copilots, and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Exposure to Power Platform, Appian, OutSystems, Mendix, or similar low-code platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and consulting skills.
  • Comfortable operating as a Product Leader, Solution Architect, and Hands-on Builder in a single role.
  • Ability to independently lead engagements from discovery through successful deployment and adoption.
