Job Description

  • Understand client business challenges and translate them into scalable learning and development solutions.
  • Design and develop engaging learning content, training interventions, and capability-building programs.
  • Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to identify development needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consultants, learning designers, technology teams, and subject matter experts.
  • Leverage digital learning platforms, modern instructional methodologies, and AI-enabled tools to enhance learner experiences.
  • Support client presentations, workshops, and executive-level discussions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience across consulting, enterprise solutioning, learning & development, capability building, or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing learning content, training programs, or capability-building initiatives.
  • Strong consultative mindset with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with executive presence.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders and client stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional working capabilities.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled platforms.
  • Basic understanding of the BFSI landscape and business ecosystem (preferred for Mumbai-based opportunities).
