Job Description

* Lead finance teams at site location

* Own BS, P&L and Cash Flow for the site

* Pro actively act as a business partner for the site and division

* Work close with various functions to improve site profitability without

compromising on controls (Pricing, monetization opportunities, cost improvement

/ reduction initiatives)

* Working Capital management

* Drive annual budgeting process

* Ensure timely & accurate MIS reporting

* Analyse variations vs budget & previous year

* Review & approve capex proposal

* Ensure all site accounting activities are completed Costing, monthly close entries,

Balance Sheet Hygiene. Work with shared services to ensure timely vendor

payments, collections & accurate accounting.

* Ensure compliance with internal policies (Credit & Accounting)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Head Finance should have:

  • Chartered accountant (First / Second attempt)
  • 10 to 14 Yrs Yrs post qualification experience
  • Prior Business Finance experience at large manufacturing set up (preferably from
  • Pharma) with hands on experience in driving profitability
  • Experience of working with Senior stakeholder
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience of managing team
  • Excellent communication skills
