Job Description

Senior Manager - Treasury Position:

  • Lead liquidity management initiatives, including cash pooling implementation and cash optimization strategies
  • Oversee cash repatriation policies, intercompany financing, and netting processes
  • Identify and manage FX and interest rate exposures, proposing effective hedging strategies
  • Manage investments, monitor debt positions, and analyze market trends impacting financial flows
  • Support M&A and integration activities by structuring financing for new entities
  • Align subsidiaries with group treasury policies and financial frameworks
  • Manage banking relationships, including negotiations and treasury-related tenders
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements, including treasury tools such as Kyriba
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and treasury committees
  • Act as a key coordinator across finance teams and provide operational support when required



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in a role covering the required skills (Financing, FX, optimisation of process), with a strong focus on international treasury management.
  • Proven hands-on experience with the KYRIBA treasury management system.
  • Multi-experience as doer in treasury
