  • Advise on risk management strategies and mitigate potential legal risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal queries and provide solutions.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, dispute resolutions, and negotiations as required.
  • Keep abreast of legal developments in the FMCG and food industry to provide relevant advice.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams on legal compliance and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Legal Counsel should have:

  • A degree in Law from a recognised institution.
  • Proven expertise in legal advisory, contract management, and compliance in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to the food sector.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
