Job Description

  • Lead engineering across product, platform, integrations, and AI initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
  • Drive architecture for scalable, secure, cloud-native systems.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Leadership on business-critical initiatives.
  • Remain hands-on with system design, code reviews, and technical problem solving.
  • Lead adoption of AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation across the platform.
  • Establish engineering best practices around quality, reliability, security, and delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15 years of software engineering experience, including team leadership.
  • Proven track record building and scaling SaaS, platform, FinTech, HealthTech, or API-driven products.
  • Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on engineering leader with experience in architecture and product development.
  • Experience implementing GenAI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and automation workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Exposure to high-growth startups or scaling product organisations is preferred.
