Our client is a boutique investment bank focusing on M&A, capital markets, restructuring, and startup advisory for corporations, funds, and governments.

Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end deal execution for multiple transactions across sectors
  • To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, collateral preparation, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)
  • Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface
  • Having good grasp on latest sector trends and offerings in the market
  • Proficiency in developing financial model, information memorandums, valuations & valuation scenarios
  • Assisting in identification of business opportunities & associated business development initiatives
  • Managing client relationships along with the manager

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Associate/VP should have:

  • 3-6 years of Investment Banking experience across front-end or middle-office roles
  • Qualified CA or has completed their education from a well-renowned institute
  • Sector Coverage - FIG, TMT, Consumer
  • Strong understanding of 3-financial statements, and capable of building financial models from scratch
  • Open to be based out of Mumbai
