We are seeking an SAP ERP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in SAP implementations, support, and business process optimization. The role will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving SAP enhancements, integrations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description

  • 7-8 years of total IT/ERP experience, including 4-5 years in SAP ERP Techno-Functional roles.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, support, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SCM, FICO, WM, and related business processes.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE), solution design, and stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to SAP integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), ABAP developments, interfaces, APIs, and workflow coordination.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience working as a techno-functional consultant within complex SAP environments.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with business users, developers, implementation partners, and global IT teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Experience supporting business-critical SAP applications and driving process optimization initiatives.
