Job Description

  • The successful applicant will report directly to the Partner
  • Handle execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations
  • Provide strategic and commercially sound legal advice on general corporate matters, along with transaction advisory & compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive and informed advice to clients
  • Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their potential impact

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Law Graduate with minimum 4+ PQE in the Law Firm space
  • Experience in leading Corporate transactions end-to-end for clients across sectors
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to build teams and mentor juniors to grow the practice
