We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO professional to lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives with a strong focus on Product Costing, Actual Costing, COPA, Fund Management, and manufacturing finance processes. This role will partner with business stakeholders, finance teams, SAP teams, and implementation partners to drive end-to-end SAP implementations, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FI/CO implementation and rollout projects.

Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.

Drive implementation across:

  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Product Costing
  • COPA / Margin Analysis
  • Financial Closing & Reporting



Design and optimize Product Costing and Cost Management processes.

Drive Standard Costing, Actual Costing, Material Ledger and profitability analysis initiatives.

Lead Budget Planning and Fund Management process implementations.

Partner with business teams to standardize and improve finance and manufacturing processes.

Work closely with SAP functional, technical and implementation partner teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage testing, cutover, deployment and hypercare activities.

Drive process automation, reporting enhancements and finance digitization initiatives.

Provide ongoing guidance on SAP best practices and process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting or SAP Finance implementation experience.

Proven hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Strong expertise in:

  • Product Costing
  • Standard Costing
  • Actual Costing
  • Material Ledger
  • COPA / Profitability Analysis
  • Fund Management
  • Asset Accounting
  • Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting



Experience in manufacturing, automotive, agrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical or process industries.

Experience leading workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, migration and go-live activities.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Experience managing implementation partners and cross-functional teams.

CA, CMA or MBA Finance would be an added advantage.

Exposure to SAC Planning, Split Valuation, Batch-wise Valuation, Discount Schemes, or advanced planning processes will be preferred.
