Job Description

  • Own and scale pan-India sales for rehabilitation, robotics, and sports science solutions
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle-pipeline creation, clinical engagement, and closures
  • Lead institutional sales across hospitals, government bodies, and specialised centres
  • Manage tenders, RFPs, and complex procurement cycles
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders-clinicians, KOLs, and administrators
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations with strong clinical orientation
  • Partner closely with global principals in strategic engagements
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and expand market penetration
  • Ensure execution excellence with cross-functional coordination (service/projects)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Head should have:

  • 8+ years in medical devices / capital equipment sales, with leadership exposure
  • Strong track record in institutional and government-led sales cycles
  • Ability to sell clinically complex, high-value solutions
  • Established network across hospitals, rehab or sports medicine ecosystem preferred
  • Sharp commercial acumen with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a lean, growth-oriented setup
