Job Description

  • Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Utilize analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of retention campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement actionable insights to enhance retention efforts.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and retention metrics to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retention Marketing Lead should have:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Retention Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing
  • Ideally coming from D2C/Retail Fashion industry, however, relevant candidates from other consumer-facing sectors can be considered
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently lead, and scale the retention function end-to-end
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Comfortable with an alternate Saturday working
