Job Description

  • Identify property opportunities that match business needs and growth plans
  • Review potential locations, site conditions and commercial suitability
  • Build a pipeline of suitable retail properties across India
  • Work with property owners, brokers and relevant external partners
  • Negotiate commercial terms for new property opportunities
  • Prepare clear proposals and site details for business decisions
  • Track market activity, property availability and location trends
  • Help secure locations that support retail expansion in the Jewellery / Accessories industry

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in business development for property or retail locations
  • Ability to identify and assess suitable commercial properties
  • Experience working with landlords, brokers and property partners
  • Confidence negotiating commercial terms and agreements.
  • Ability to prepare property proposals and location assessments
  • Good understanding of retail property markets and site selection
