Job Description

* Extensive experience in regulatory compliance across IRDAI, RBI, and BFSI frameworks

* Experience in AML, KYC & regulatory reporting including suspicious transaction monitoring and filings

* Strong exposure to compliance risk frameworks - monitoring & reporting

* Experience in handling regulatory inspections (onsite/offsite), audits & stakeholder engagement

* Leadership experience managing teams and driving governance frameworks

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP- Compliance should have:

  • LLB / CS / MBA qualification with 13-18 years PQE
  • Experience in insurance (preferred), BFSI or financial services
  • Strong expertise in compliance, AML/KYC & regulatory frameworks
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
