The Regional Sales Manager- North & West India will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth, large project conversions, profitability improvement, and leadership of regional sales teams across assigned geographies. This role is based in Mumbai and requires expertise in Strategic selling and large deal management, team management, and market analysis.

Job Description

  • Lead regional sales strategy for modular OT solutions and hospital infrastructure across West and North India.
  • Own revenue, margin, and collections performance for both regions.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline with disciplined opportunity tracking.
  • Identify and convert large hospital infrastructure and modular OT projects in key West & North Indian markets.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, consultants, and decision‑makers across both regions.
  • Guide deal strategy and support key account initiatives.
  • Ensure pricing discipline, commercial governance, and risk evaluation.
  • Provide clear forecasts and coordinate closely with planning and project teams.
  • Resolve commercial or operational issues to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead, support, and develop the regional and area sales team.
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable, high‑performance culture across regions.
  • Share market insights and identify emerging opportunities in healthcare infrastructure.
  • Represent the regions in internal reviews and leadership discussions.
  • Uphold compliance, ethical standards, and organisational policies.
  • Support customer engagement activities, seminars, and industry events.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RSM - North & West should have:

  • Extensive experience (18-20+ years) in B2B or project‑oriented sales, ideally in capital equipment, healthcare, or industrial domains.
  • A strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive complex project conversions.
  • Skill in financial evaluation, CRM management, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Proven leadership of regional sales teams in a structured, process‑driven environment.
  • Preferred background: modular OT solutions, hospital infrastructure, or turnkey healthcare projects.
  • A degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
