Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the property division, ensuring all real estate projects are aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate investment and asset management
  • Manage real estate portfolios to maximize returns and mitigate risks effectively
  • Conduct market research to identify profitable investment opportunities within the real estate sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of real estate projects
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders
  • Monitor compliance with local real estate laws and regulations
  • Prepare and present reports on real estate performance to senior management

  • A strong educational background in real estate
  • Proven expertise in real estate investment and property management within the retail sector
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of real estate projects
